About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team. As an MA, you will play a vital role in providing support to our healthcare providers and ensuring the efficient operation of our clinic. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks, including taking patient vitals, preparing patients for exams, and assisting with procedures.


  • Greet patients and take their vital signs
  • Prepare patients for exams by collecting medical history,ย updating charts,ย and positioning patients
  • Assist healthcare providers with procedures such as injections,ย blood draws,ย and minor surgeries
  • Sterilize instruments and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
  • Stock supplies and medications
  • Handle insurance paperwork and billing


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Phlebotomist (PBT) preferred
  • Experience working in a medical setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
