About the Role

We are seeking experienced and compassionate medical doctors to join our team of locum tenens and permanent placement providers. As a medical doctor with our staffing agency, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy of locum tenens work or the stability and career advancement of permanent placement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities
  • Perform thorough patient examinations, diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries, and develop treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
  • Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress
  • Provide patient education and counseling
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty
  • Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
